Yes! I take Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO plans only) for 1:1 nutrition counseling and can provide a Superbill for people without insurance coverage.
Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, Board Certified Nutrition Specialist, and MS in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine… whew, that’s a mouthful!
I can see clients for my FYD Coaching Program in any state or country. For 1:1 nutrition counseling and insurance coverage, I can see clients and accept BCBS PPO insurance in any state EXCEPT the following:
Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania
